There is an even earlier map of Alexandria on display at the Louisiana History Museum as laid out by Alexander Fulton in 1805.
Also the 1872 Map which is the map of after the Civil War, when most of the original Alexandria was destroyed.
The city of Alexandria has also put together a map of current Alexandria with the old original plantations shown on this current day may. I found this interesting because my Great Grandfather C.C. Faust was the plantation manager of Willow Glynn Plantation in the early 1900’s.
