According to the St. Tammany Democrats for Change, businessman Jim Harlan will challenge Steve Scalise for Congress.
I’m not sure if it’s this Jim Harlan, but if it is, that’s awesome. Coincidentally, if elected, he would be the second James Harlan elected to Congress.

Right picture, but I am pretty sure that Jim never played for the Redskins. He did get a Masters in Public Policy at the Kennedy School for Government at Harvard in 1976 [we were classmates] and will be a great Congressman, but I don’t think football is his sport.

That is Jim. I was his engineering school classmate at Washington University. He was the class leader. We played soft ball. He has broad experience in international and domestic business. I agree he will be a great congressman and good for the country too.
What is his Party, is he ashamed of it?
