This map indicates the locations of the last 100 unique visitors of CenLamar. (Well, almost all of them. The site also received a visitor from Japan. Konichiwa. And China. Hey Daniel).

I think this is interesting, because it demonstrates that even though our conversation on this blog is typically local in nature, we are frequently joined by people all across the nation who are interested in what we are talking about here in CenLa.

By the way, I can’t help but notice the attention we’re consistently getting in Washington, D.C., which is a good thing.

It should be noted that I do not know WHO is reading this blog (unless they tell me they are). I just know WHERE they are reading it.

To all of you out-of-towners, I invite you to leave a comment. I imagine that many of you are expat Central Louisianans. Your suggestions are welcome.

Update: This graphic illustrates the growth of CenLamar’s readership, beginning in mid-April and extending until about five minutes ago. (I’ve posted a similar graphic before, but this is obviously more recent). Click to Zoom In.

Big brother in Washington is watching you Lamar. Don’t be surprised if men in black suits driving black cars with tinted windows begin following you.
