I enjoyed the caller who said that Jacques didn’t know what true freedom meant because he’d never been in a war.
Good job with your response, Jacques. Though it may help to have combat experience when dealing with the council.
Oops. Looks like Ms. Speak stepped in it again with her claims that she has been available for a debate but that the other side hasn’t responded.
I was glad that Jacques got the opportunity to address the Cleco litigation also.
At the press conference that KALB refused to air DB (OCT 12th I think) said she would debate JR at anytime and place. He is the one stalling.
I suggest KSYL send 3 proposed dates for a debate, along with ground rules to both campaignes and make the invitation and all responses public. Now we can see who is on for a free face-to-face issue based bare knuckles debate.
How can he be the one stalling on the debate when her campaign manager will not respond with available dates when requested to do so?
Since it was a Roy idea should they name the time and place? Like at the bike rack @ 3 or underneath the bleachers.

Would you please put up the “Pork Fest” commercial on your sight in the same way as the “Integrity Rape” spot. I am unable to get it or even open on KALB. I think it’s a Mac problem but I can download it off of your site fine. Thank you for your help.

I would like to revisit my original method for determining a winner in the primary. I would like the see the candidates settle it with fists at the Jackson St. median.
What is the name of the “local atty “that the plan regarding confusing the voters about Cleco was formulated and does anybody have a copy of the plan that can be posted to the blog?I thought I heard on the radio that Jacque gave a copy to Lynn and Bob.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and make a few predictions:
1) There will be no debate.
2) Thousands of young people will go out and vote for Jacques, from 8-4:30 today and tomorrow at the registrar of voters office on the bottom floor of the courthouse.
3) Bridgett will challenge Delores to rumble on the river this Saturday.
4) Once again, Ben Mahoney will wake up on the day after the election with purple teeth and a Roy bumper sticker on his forehead.
I have to agree with you waterslide, no debate, Bridgett will challenge her to mud wrestling, and Jaques with crush that old goat by 2000 votes.
