Kates is a genuis with all of his degrees haha) and his experience as a principal (haha) so what would you expect. This dumbass even ran political ads for council calling himself “the honorable Thomas Kates.” Who but a dumbass would run an ad and call themselves honorable as a title. So I am not shocked he would do something as smart as go to the ethics board. The man has fried eggs for brains. (Oh, honorable Mr Kates, call the blog police and arrest me for what I am writing here.)”
