I know people are going to want to stay and listen to Harmon Drew, but PLEASE make the effort to walk down to River Oaks. We’ll be having our first night version of a hot iron pour. The iron pour is something that is truly unique in our area and takes a great effort from all of us at River Oaks to pull off. It should be even more amazing as it gets dark to see the glowing iron ore.
At the risk of jumping on a bandwagon, Co-Op members from Tipitina’s will be performing from 5-8 as well. Not as the main attraction, just to fill that gap on you way back from fourth to third. 🙂

There’s also a poetry reading from 5PM- 8PM at the downtown Internet cafe.
