Wonder why the American descendents of the English that were responsible for the atrocities served up upon the Acadians or the America descendents of the Germans that served up such misery upon the Jewish don’t suffer from this same type guilt complex. Wonder why Americans of all ethnicity feel no guilt over the terrible treatment of the Native American.
Most Blacks want you to feel this guilt. Most Blacks are not out for equality. Equality is when the most qualified candidate wins. Most Blacks want it given to them without regards to qualifications, experience, education, ability to converse in an intelligent manner, etc. The only way to achieve this is keep the White folks feeling guilty.
The City Council recently approved 5 new City Police positions. Unofficial word immediately went out that if your White, no matter your qualifications, you are not qualified. Wonder the racial makeup of these 5 new hires?

I see I need to edit my own writing to exclude contextual information on my identity. Whew, I’ll know better than to use my real name with the likes of some of you. Now I’ll probably disengage from the conversation entirely, as it does little to enlighten me (beyond providing further depressing evidence that ignorance is alive and well and living in Louisiana). I have little interest in dialoguing with hateful individuals who are blind to their own bigotry toward anyone who doesn’t agree with them. My judgements of people are on their merits- or lack thereof- not their ethnic heritage. I am happy to have a multi-cultural circle of friends who enjoy the company of this middle-aged “white girl”. Guilt is certainly not part of the equation.
Back on the actual subject: Where was Rooselvelt last night. I heard he had an emergency but he could’ve at least showed up for a minute and said straight-up, I have a emergency, excuse me. Instead he pulls a no call/no show?
