One of the most basic human psychological theories states that that conflict can only be resolved if all parties to said conflict are willing to have resolution. They don’t want resolution…they want continued conflict so that they can feed off it. It’s classic behavior for those who are insecure to attack others so that they don’t have to own their own failures. The only way for you to win is to simply ignore them.
They make it so tempting to respond. They can barely form a complete sentence. They misspell every other word and commit egregious grammatical errors. Their entire argument typically hinges on an ignorant misconception. In other words, they set themselves up.

I note a lot of negatives comments on Rod Noles but I saw the TV clip and that guy really appears to have it all together. I have heard his weekly radio show and think its popularity is probably justified. What are the people talking about? What are the negatives on this guy? I’ve seen some “run for mayor” talk on some of these blogs.

I didn’t say there was anything wrong with Rod Noles being narcissistic. In fact, it is the perfect personality for a realtor. Rod is definitely well informed, he makes it his business to be. Just remember, he is a realtor and just like all realtors will do whatever it takes to get the sale. Even if it means embellishing just a little.
You guys should try it sometime (commission sales) since you get paid exactly what you are worth. It is not for the faint of heart or those that doubt their ability.

Rod Noles is a gimmick. He is essentially a slogan regurgitator. He is a gifted promoter and that ain’t anything to sneeze at, but he is as phoney as one of them rubber blowup dates (yes I’ve had a few).
I certainly don’t want to take anything away from Noles or his meteoric success, just point out the difference between a a prophet and a huckster.
