this guy is playing a game. why would anyone let a huge building sit vacant for so long without unloading it?
apparantly he has the money and the sense of humor to thumb his nose at the city and he dont really give a damn about the bentley except like what scarlett has shown- what he looted from it.
when hes through playing his game he will probably wind up selling it for around 1 million or less when its said and done.
