we’ve always wondered how oh say about a 70 story mixed use tower called the saint-denis, would do downtown. the top floors would be apartments with kick ass views of the river and city centre, offices in the middle floors and retail with an awesome atrium in the lower floors.

I really like the name Saint-Denis. In fact, I like the entire idea… too bad we’re in Alexandria. The entire city’d have to move into building in order for it to work.
