Seems like KALB is interested in interviewing me about the blog. What would you do? I think I need to wait until the blog is more issues-oriented and the cloud of this mean guy has blown away.

Dewitt for Sherriff? It’s interesting that his name is already being tossed around as a potential candidate. Has he made any public statements alluding to this possibility? I’ve never met Mr. Dewitt, but he is the uncle of one of my best friends. Not that it means anything. Second thing: Wasn’t there a statewide story about him a few years ago?

Dear Friends in Real Life (Particuarly Those In Houston), I’ve probably told you before how strange Alexandria can be. I’ve probably said something like, “Rebecca Wells’ novels only tell a fraction of the story.” When I moved away for college, I felt like I needed to get away, and I thought I’d never come back.
