    I highly recommend watching Bill Moyers’s incredible speech, which he delivered yesterday in St. Paul at the annual National Conference for Media Reform.     Despite what my friends on the right may think, Louisiana will be competitive in the 2008 Presidential General Election. I offer the following observations: – According to the latest (2006) statewide Census population estimate, Louisiana’s population has decreased by 4.1% since the year 2000.
