Red Cross Breaks Ground on Cotton Brothers Rehab

As I mentioned yesterday on the Twitter contraption, the Red Cross is moving forward with renovations to the old Cotton Brothers Building on Bolton Avenue, which, only a year ago, was recognized as one of the Top Ten Most Endangered Properties in the entire State of Louisiana.
