Introducing CenLamar’s Newest Blogger, Daniel T. Smith

Daniel T. Smith, an Alexandrian expatriate currently living in the People’s Republic of China, has agreed to sign on as CenLamar’s newest blogger. Daniel will be returning to Louisiana in the summer, at which point he’ll be able to offer more ground-level analysis. For now, he’ll be harnessing the power of the Internet to stay current with the news. For those of you who have read Daniel’s personal blog, you know he’s interested in a variety of issues and that, despite geographical constraints, he is remarkably aware of what’s going on here in Louisiana.

Daniel, who is also a graduate of Rice University, moved to New Orleans to help with the disaster recovery relief (and service industry relief) after Hurricane Katrina. Then, he skipped back to the East to teach English and hone his Mandarin skills.
