   Can anyone shed light on the 6th ammendment? I’m somewhat confused by it. Also, if anyone knows more about the issues in 1 and 2 I’d appreciate more insight. The deal with the tobacco settlement money being dedicated toward coastal restoration under specific circumstances, which have never come to pass, sounds rather suspect.
