KALB is hosting a mayoral debate…err…conversation… on Thursday. Channel 5. 6:00- 6:30PM. The debate’s format has been described as similar to “Meet the Press,” which could be very interesting.

• Correction: Previously, it had been reported that EMS’s agreement with the City of Alexandria had been amended to reduce their compensation from 50% to 33%. Their fee was actually reduced to 20%. Despite this, the Brewer campaign continues to air a television commercial that states EMS will be receiving HALF of the CLECO settlement.
